OBJECTIVES OF RESEARCH

The impact of most well-known western films on Indian films by analysing the films of  2011- 2015 :
The cultural aspects considered are - way of  living life ,attitudes, education & the body languages how they are used in the films.
In the fast changing world several elements of culture are disappearing from the scenes, evaluating the attributes of the culture.
The main theme of this research is to create the awareness on the Indian films how they are being adopted from the western films into Indian cinema and its cause and effects into the society.

SIGNIFICANCE OF CULTURE


Culture creates identification & bonds people belonging to a region or community together by following similar rituals, customs and values falling into one culture. By establishing cultural principles to people coming from a culture exhibit distinguished standards and behaviours which stand apart from foreign countries. The culture and the values followed in a particular community display its own unique character and personality by practicing a set of rituals and traditions belonging to it. Being shared amongst various members of a community, the language, art, and religion serve as the major symbols of cultures in the society. It is learned and passed on from the older generations to the newer ones, keeping the culture alive and fresh. These include the festivals they celebrate, the kind of clothing they wear, the food they eat, most importantly, the cultural values they adhere to. Cultural values highly influence a person’s principles and philosophies of life and one’s way of living. Thus, culture is significant in affecting human being’s social life.
